Great food and service, beautiful deck with “cuyes” and alpacas. Perfect view of Lake Titicaca with fireplaces at night and places to sit and relax with your coffee or tea during the morning. Wendy, Luis, Víctor, Ubaldo, and all staff were fantastic. Would go back anytime!

Stay at this hotel was wonderful! Location right on the lake is priceless! Room given at check-in was not what we reserved (lake view) but upon request they switched us to a second floor room which had an amazing view. Room was clean and spacious for our 2 night stay. Helpful if you speak Spanish but very doable. The hotel staff is friendly and accommodating. The dining room staff (our waiter Walter and the young lady manager that evening (forgot her name)) on first night were FANTASTIC! He was overwhelmed with tables but provided every request of our group of 8 vegetarian diners. The chocolate cake was hands down the e best!!
Recommend requesting a second floor room with a view (worth it)! Strangely some rooms have only one outlet (in the bathroom) somewhat inconvenient. And some have refrigerators and some don’t. Overall, memorable stay and would come back!
