Sonesta Cartagena in Cartagena

The staff was really nice which for me that made the stay much better. I had come before but must say that the improvements done have been worthwhile. Will come back. Lina the girl that helped me with my coffee had an amazing attitude. Staff like that made my experience worthy of this positive review.

Good: Great facilities, very friendly staff, tennis court was a huge plus. Transport was always available.

Bad: Service was a bit slow, but always very friendly and helpful. Some more umbrellas at the pool would have been great.
