Bastion Luxury Hotel in Cartagena

The hotel is beautiful. The staff is wonderful: Elizabeth, Hector, Gina, pool bartender(did not get his name). Everyone was knowledgeable, very friendly and accommodating.

The rooftop pool area is fantastic. The staff are friendly and so helpful. Smooth operations during our stay from check-in to check-out. Thanks Bastion!

Good: Great location, friendly staff.

Bad: Can be a little loud from the outside noise, gym was not a gym (just a bike, treadmill and a few weights)
