Good: It was great to wake up with a view of lake titicaca and seeing the alpaca's grazing the garden in the morning. Staying along the lake shore is definitely a good choice when in Puno. The hotel is a 30 min walk from the harbour or a short taxi ride away. The overall feel is a bit old-fashioned, but the bathroom was renewed and all the staff was very friendly. The room was clean and very spacious.

Bad: Breakfast could've been better. The restaurant is a bit expensive and could put more local dishes on the menu.
