Sonesta Posadas del Inca Puno in Puno

This hotel was very close to Railway station where we arrived from Cusco. At the front desk Raul was very helpful and checked us in very quickly. He explained everything very well in Spanish and in English as well,
Our stay was for 5 nights and he was always very helpful to book taxi for us.
He also explained everything about how to get visa while crossing the border between Peru and Bolívia.
The cleaning staff was also very immaculate, specially Marybell and Mariella and Luz.
The staff at restaurant and Bar (Johnny ) were very attentive and served very well.
I am really impressed by all the staff who is serving in this hotel.

Our stay at Sonesta Hotel was truly wonderful, made even better by the exceptional service we received. Walter, our waiter, was incredibly attentive and kind throughout our two-night stay. Every night, he thoughtfully brought me hot water for my tea before bed, which was such a comforting gesture.

On our last day, my lamb dish was cooked to perfection—absolutely delicious! The entire staff at Sonesta was outstanding, making our experience both enjoyable and memorable.

A truly gratifying stay—highly recommended! Thank you, Walter, and the whole team!

Good: The view was excellent. Although the room was small, it was clean and nice. The breakfast was good. A little more vegetarian options would bring it to excellence.

Bad: I liked everything.
