The hotel was clean and well organized. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

The hotel was located a bit away from the cultural center of Arequipa, so, if you are there to sightsee, it will be a bit far from all the tourist attractions.
The staff, especially those in the reception, is attentive and helpful. If you have any questions you have about Arequipa or where to go, they will be on top of it to help out.
