Good: The hotel has a great restaurant with good food in breakfast, lunch and dinner. The room was good, everything you need was available. The hotel is only 100-200 meters from Santa Fe mall and Oviedo mall. With several good restaurants in the neighborhood. It has a nice small spa with two jacuzzi's. No pool.

Bad: The service in the restaurant was not good, not attentive. For instance: they give you a menu, but forget to ask what you would like to drink. And only after 20 minutes they come ask for the order. You ask for coffee, and they just forget.... Explicit requests were not followed up. They have a good wine menu, but the waiter did not even know what a Sauvignon blanc is..... And it was not a busy restaurant! And when you observe, you see that they just do not monitor the guests, but talk to each other or are away.
