This place is amazing. The rooms are a bit outdated and the walls are thin but everyone keeps quiet. The staff and service is amazing, extremely courteous and friendly. Also the breakfast is included and the selection is amazing! Plenty of shopping within a 5 minute walk. This is my third time staying at this hotel. Highly recommend it.

The Hotel has big rooms, which are clean. Rooms have a safe. There is a lot to choose at breakfast from breads, cheese, butter, soups, fruit, tea and coffee. The personnel at the restaurants, in the lobby and everywhere is very friendly. There is a cambio in the hotel to change money into Colombian Pesos. There is a bus station on 50 meters from the hotel. There are some fast food restaurants in the neighbourhood such as a Mac Donalds. On the other side of the road there are a lot of shops and restaurants and some street vendors. During some nights the neighbourhood is lively. The National Museum is in the vicinity. Some rooms have a view to the Monserrat Mountain top. The bed is very comfortable.
