Good: Location is very good. Employees are very involved. They help with every problem. Nice hotel.The price / benefit balance is very good.

Bad: Maybe it needs some renovation. But it's never annoying.

Everything is great! Highly recommended, from the staff, the cleanliness, amenities, huge rooms, and especially the food, so much choices for the buffet breakfast and very delicious. Joao from the front desk, Sandro and the other staff helping us with the luggages and all the other ladies from the front desk, sorry i couldnt remember all your names, but you guys did a wonderful job in welcoming us to Peru, keep up the good work! We’re back to the States but next time we visit Lima, i sure would book the Sonesta Olivar!
