Good: Really liked the staff, they were so friendly and super helpful and tried to teach us some Spanish too, the location was excellent felt very safe, the cleanliness was great and the room was very spacious. The breakfast was very handy, didn’t like the eggs but the waffles and the pancakes were lovely and the continental was lovely. Everything was perfect. They give you free drinks at the reception and bottled water in the rooms. Showers were waterfall and really nice.

Bad: The safe didn’t work. That was all!

Total value for money. Ours was not a suite, but it was very spacious, with plenty of natural light. It made such an awesome difference to our stay in Colombia.

Everything was so accessible, including the gym (not in the hotel, but we took day passes to the SmartFit gym, just to maintain our fitness routine).

So many amenities practically around the corner. Friendly staff and English wasn't a problem with them. Good breakfast buffet (complimentary).

Definitely recommend, and won't hesitate to book it again for our next visit to Bogotá.
