Good: We got in late and ordered room service. Despite the late hour, the staff let us know room service was available. Our food arrived promptly, the gentleman who brought it to the room was 100% professional and exceptionally pleasant. 11/10 I am looking forward to staying at the Capitol again!

Bad: I don't like that we just discovered the Capitol for the first time. We will be staying there in the future.

When I stayed before, when I got on the elevator, I held up the room key and pushed the room floor, but this time I didn't need the room key, so I was worried about security. After asking for breakfast five times, they finally poured me coffee. However, it was lukewarm and I couldn't drink it. However, the taste was thin and I only took a sip. Colombian coffee cries. The reception and bellboy staff were very nice.
