GHL Capital Hotel in Bogota

the rooms were lacking GOOD/STRONG wifi and the cable was out of service, while we had to stay in the rooms because of cover 19

Good: Awesome hotel, upscale, friendly staff, and

Bad: I was running late to catch my plane and the shuttle was ready to leave. Hotel staff wanted to keep me there waiting until they were sure I didn't consume anything from the bar, even after telling them I had not consumed anything. They made a big show out of this and wanted me to get off the shuttle to wait until they were done with their inspection. I had to wait 10 minutes until someone went from to the room to verify in fact I did not consume anything. They should have a better procedure for checking out!! Like having you CC on file charged if anything was consumed.

Good: Super service, the staff was super nice and helpful. I was here during corona and they took it very seriously and took all the precautions an took really good care of their guests. Breakfast was simple, but great, good taste and quality and the room was delightful. Super clean, thought about everything, everything available and everything you need to make it a nice comfortable stay is there! Loved it. Thank you so much.

Bad: The prices for dinner are quite expensive, but they do have a lot of options, also more economic options (but these were options that didn't really sound good to me, mainly pasta's, fastfood etc.) Fish, meat etc. was quite pricey but okay.
